Doctorate in Psychology (Psy.D) conferred by the George Fox University Graduate School of Clinical Psychology in 2002. This clinical psychology program accredited by the American Psychological Association is located in Newberg, Oregon. My original research involved relationships between social attitudes and prejudice.
Licensed as a Psychologist in Oregon Psychologist licensing in Oregon is done by the Oregon Board of Psychologist Examiners (OBPE). I have been licensed since 2005 and my license number is 1688.
Practice History:
I have maintained an independent psychology practice in Salem since 2006 focusing on the diagnosis and treatment of emotional disorders and cognitive problems in adults. I also include psychological testing and coaching in my practice. I moved to my current location in 2010.
Between 2002 and 2009 I held an appointment of Clinical Psychologist at the Oregon State Hospital in Salem, Oregon. I was a credentialed member of the Medical Staff, served on the OSH Medical Records Committee, and was active in Psychology Department initiatives involved with training clinicians.
For two years beginning in 2001 I held a position as a Therapist at the Oregon State University student counseling center providing services to students and faculty.
