Regular Hourly Fees:
My per session fees for psychotherapy and hourly fees for testing/assessment is $110 for 2011. This means that services will be billed at this rate for the duration of treatment or the assessment process.
Third Party Payers:
I am contracted with BlueCross/BlueShield, Cigna, ODS Health Plans, TriWest, and Medicare to provide services at an agreed reimbursement rate as well as other matters associated with treatment. I can provide services as an out-of-network provider for many other third party payers. These matters will be discussed at the initial session of treatment. By arrangement I can bill third party payers as a convenience. There is often a deductible amount, co-insurance, or co-payment that is the responsibility of the client to pay at the time of service. Clients can check with their insurance plans to determine these amounts.
